In Curaçao, "all-inclusive" does not always mean the same thing. Some resorts only sell all-inclusive stays. Others offer room-only or breakfast rates, with meals and drinks as an add-on.
These resorts include it as standard
The Rif at Mangrove Beach, Mangrove Beach Corendon, Sunscape Curaçao, Kunuku Resort, Dreams Curaçao, Sandals Royal Curaçao and TUI BLUE Curaçao sell all-inclusive as their standard plan. Sandals is for adults only.
These resorts sell it as an optional rate
Curaçao Marriott Beach Resort, Renaissance Wind Creek and Acoya offer meal plans as one rate among several. When you book, pick the rate that includes what you want. The cheapest price shown is often room only.

TUI BLUE Curaçao is newly opening in late 2026. Check its opening status and which facilities are running before you book.
Plan for the airport transfer
Flights land at Curaçao International Airport (CUR) in Hato, just north of Willemstad. Resorts in Willemstad and Piscadera Bay are about 15 minutes away by car. Sandals at Spanish Water and TUI BLUE in the west are 35 to 45 minutes away.
